Misc  iflow.anju-web.com: FILE ARCHIVE Germany

The downloadsystem on iflow.anju-web.com has been basically changed, referenced to older versions of webspell addons and modifcations.

A new file category, named "File archive" contains older versions of files (in particular: Webspell addons and modifications).

Moreover a status field has been added to every file download. This status field provides information about the topicality of the file.
